In a small room illuminated by a spotlight, four speakers hang in each corners, and an acrylic box mounted on the wall holds booklets of poetry inside.
The soundscape embodies a spirit, accumulating emotions to reach a final moment of release. Layers of intimate field recordings slowly build tension, giving way to grandiose synth sounds that swell like an orchestra. A personal narrative intertwines with, and at times hides beneath, the grandeur and formality of the sound.
The poem directs the rhythm and texture of the soundscape. The voice reading the poem acts as a Master, issuing commands and narrating the story of the predestined.
